I had an excellent stay with breakfast included and loved the location, it was ideal and on a hill. The pool area was great, rooms were elegant. Fast check in and in general superb service. Lobby was nice.

The staff was skilled and we thoroughly enjoyed boxed breakfast. The room was light with an excellent view. Location just off green parks, the restaurant, the harbour area. Also, this ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE hotel was near Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki.

Excellent value for money and a really comfortable experience. Tidy hotel and chic restaurant. Our rooms were bright, bed was perfect, the view was lovely! We loved takeaway breakfast with lots of different meals.

I'd give it more than 5 stars, everything was just perfect. Employees were pleasant and well trained. Dark wooden furniture. I had access to paid parking, heated pool. The stay was really amazing; nothing too much trouble...
